Shipping & Return Policy

1. Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads (e.g., study guides, printables, audio files) are final and non-refundable.

Delivery: Upon completing your purchase, you will immediately receive an email with a secure link to download your files.

Issues: If you experience any technical issues with your download link or the file itself, please contact us at support@jesusfolks.com within 7 days of purchase, and we will ensure you receive your product.

2. Physical Merchandise: Shipping

Processing Time: All physical orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand this in the future!

3. Physical Merchandise: Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Jesus Folks gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your physical purchase, we are here to help.

Returns: We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 7 days of the delivery date.

Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

How to Return: To initiate a return, please email support@jesusfolks.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return shipping address.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective physical item, please contact us immediately at support@jesusfolks.com with a photo of the damage. We will happily send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
